To setup your email account on a client such as Outlook you will need to use the mail settings below:
For IMAP
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 143
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
If using SSL
SSL Incoming mail server: ENSURE SSL CERTIFICATE IS IN PLACE FIRST: mail.yourdomain.com
SSL Port: 993
Outgoing Settings
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25 (you can try port 25025 if you have issues sending)
SSL Port: 465
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
Please make sure you enable outbound authentication if using Outlook. This will use the same credentials as your incoming server.
